Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
Scope And Controller
This notice supplements the Horcycles Privacy Policy and applies to consumer health data handled by the Horcycles apps and web companion. Kalyan Kurkure, the developer of Horcycles, is responsible for the product's processing described here. Contact shoutout@lil.business.
Categories And Sources
At your direction, Horcycles can process cycle and period dates, flow and spotting, symptoms, pain, mood and journal entries, temperature and ovulation observations, cervical mucus, medication and supplement notes, injury details, training and readiness information, inferred cycle phases and estimated dates, and related identifiers or timestamps. Sources are information you enter or import, deterministic inferences made on your device, and entries you direct Horcycles to write to Apple Health. Horcycles does not read Apple Health records.
Purposes
Horcycles processes consumer health data to save and display your logs, calculate cautious local wellness estimates, prepare encrypted exports, write entries or estimates to Apple Health or Calendar when you request it, and prepare optional local AI summaries after you review the payload. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, eligibility decisions, or sale.
Collection And Storage
Consumer health data is collected only when you enter, import, or generate it through the product. Native data remains in the app container on your device. Web companion data remains in your browser's IndexedDB for the Horcycles website origin. The developer does not receive these records unless you deliberately send them in a support request, which you should not do.
Sharing And Recipients
Horcycles does not sell consumer health data. It shares consumer health data only when you direct a feature to do so: with Apple Health for entries you save there; with Calendar for events you export; with a local or private-network model endpoint you configure after reviewing the payload; or with a person or service you choose through an export or system share sheet. Horcycles has no corporate affiliates that receive consumer health data. Website hosting, email routing, analytics, advertising, and subscription providers do not receive the records stored in the app or browser from Horcycles.
Your Rights And How To Exercise Them
You can access, correct, export, or delete local records in the product. You can withdraw Health or Calendar permission in system settings and stop any future local AI sharing by not sending a payload. Full local-data deletion clears Horcycles records, generated local files, recovered backups, and diagnostics in the app container, but not copies already placed in Apple Health, Calendar, exported files, browser backups, or your model server.
To ask about consumer health data the developer may possess in support correspondence, or to appeal a response to a request, email the address above with “Consumer Health Data Request” or “Appeal” in the subject. The developer will authenticate and respond as required by applicable law. If an appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general or other privacy regulator.
Consent And Changes
You choose whether to enter or import consumer health data and whether to use each external-sharing feature. Horcycles will request a separate affirmative action before an Apple permission, export, share, or local AI transfer. Horcycles will not sell consumer health data. If these practices materially change, this notice will be updated before the new processing begins and additional consent will be requested where required.
