Email shoutout@lil.business for Horcycles support, legal, privacy, cybersecurity, bug report, or app usage questions.

Support requests are reviewed by the developer. Include "Horcycles" in the subject line so the request can be triaged correctly.

Please include your device model, iOS or watchOS version, Horcycles app version, the feature you were using, and a short description of what happened. Do not send menstrual, health, journal, archive password, or Apple Health records unless support asks for a specific non-sensitive detail.

Before You Contact Support

Horcycles is local-first. The developer cannot recover deleted local data, encrypted archive passwords, Apple Health records, or browser IndexedDB data.

Common Tasks

Use the Data & Privacy button in the Today screen to prepare an encrypted export, delete local app data, review Health and Calendar permissions, or inspect local diagnostics. Use Local AI only with a model endpoint you control.

Medical Boundary

Horcycles is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, contraception, fertility certification, legal advice, emergency support, clinical decision support, or safety-critical guidance. For urgent symptoms, severe pain, heavy bleeding, pregnancy concerns, or mental health crisis support, contact a qualified clinician or emergency service.
